3. DATA WE PROCESS AND THE PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Sending us your consent is mandatory, if you are interested in receiving our publications, event invitations and news about SCHNEIDER GROUP.
The abovementioned list of collected personal data does not exclude the possibility of sending you our request for further information about your academic titles, business phone number, business street and number and business postal code, on an optional basis.
Additionally, we may process any communication you have with us in relation to the events we host and to which you have registered for or that you have attended, publications we prepare and send you, and requested information from us.

4. OUR DATA PROCESSING STANDARDS

Considering the fact that SCHNEIDER GROUP is a a group of companies with the headquarters located in Moscow, Russian Federation, processing of collected data includes also data transfer to the third countries, in accordance with the provisions of Decision of the European Commission of 5 February 2010 on standard contractual clauses concerning the transfer of personal data to processors established in a third country under Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (2010/87/EU) or a new Decision of the European Commission amending the above one and the internal agreement(s) signed by the companies from the SCHNEIDER GROUP.
